  5. All the girls at Kings Beach Rite Aide in Lake Tahoe are the best. They are very friendly, know what is in their store and if they don’t have it they will let you know where you can go to find it.

  6. On 8/5/22 @ about 2:30pm,I went to pick up Rx’s sent from UPMC Harrisburg Hospital for post-op discharge care of day # 2 total hip replacement. The pharmacist at that time in store #00418 , Fairview Plaza, PA said that electronic Rx’s were never received. This pharmacist said he was “ working alone, and couldn’t help me.” The drs office called this same pharmacist, who then admitted order was received the day before , and filled the day before. Result? Post op pain became uncontrolled on day #2 (for a total hip replacement). I drove there immediately to pick them up. There was @ 5:20 an additional (elderly) gentleman ringing Rx’s, who checked again through the hanging Rx’s. When he asked original pharmacist. The 5 Post-op Rx’s magically appeared. This has resulted UNCONTOLLED ORTHOPEDIC SEVERE pain, which is not yet controlled at 11:20 pm for a 63 year old previoiherhy man. Shame on you, Rite Aid.

I was unable to leave information asked for, or one of my Rite Aid Receipts. However, the store & Pharmacy I frequent is in Old Forge,Pa. I have used the Pharmacy for over 20 years. Young Bridget (Manager) is always so helpful, patient & friendly. Mike, the other Pharmacist also has been nothing but kind & considerent. Their assistants Amy, Jaynie, Stephanie,& Chris could not be more helpful & are an integral part of the excellent service. Even during the Pandemic, when they faced so many challenges they always stayed ahead by all working together. I feel the Pharmacists, plus their Staff, should receive some kind of either Monetary Awards or Acknowledgement.
